Working as the owner’s or lender’s representative, Passport Resorts serves as the “eyes” and “ears” for the investment, and can assist in effecting necessary changes at the property.

Passport Resorts provides clear oversight and holds the day-to-day management company accountable by ensuring that they operate the business effectively and with the highest integrity. We constantly monitor financial and operating results while maintaining high levels of service appropriate to the property type and market.

We do not attempt to apply standardized methodologies to hotels and restaurant management. Rather, we approach each project as a unique assignment and use creative thinking, structured analysis and experience to develop strategies, action plans and programs to improve performance.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING

Passport Resorts is known in the hospitality industry for its commitment, understanding and achievements regarding environmental issues. Through the years, we have pursued and pioneered numerous green initiatives – and have been honored to receive numerous awards for our efforts. Our properties reflect a green focus that is manifested in many ways, including the installation of a solar array system, use of recycled and sustainable building materials, preservation and protection of onsite flora and fauna, and eco-related guest materials designed to inform and educate.

Reflecting this priority, Passport Resorts regularly works with an Environment Consultant, certified as a Green Building Professional and with a specialty credential in Green Building Remodeling and Retrofitting.
